Whats news:
The upgraded remote control comes with new features, including a gimbal control dial, built-in LiPo battery, and battery level LED indicators.
New Features:
1. Left Dial: Turn the dial to the right, and the camera will shift to point upwards. Turn the dial to the left, and the camera will shift to point downwards. The camera will keep its current position if the dial is static.
2. Built-in LiPo Battery: The remote control includes a rechargeable LiPo battery with a capacity of 2000mAh. You can monitor the current battery level using the LED indicators on the front panel of the remote control as the figure shown
3. Charging the Remote Control: Charge the remote control’s battery by using the included micro-USB cable. The LED indicators will display solid red when charging is in progress. The LED indicators will display solid green when the battery is fully charged.
4. Throttle Lock: Pull down the throttle stick to descend. The stick will lock into place and the aircraft will descend steadily. Push the throttle stick upward to release throttle lock.
5. Trainer Port: Connect the remote control to the computer via the trainer port to run simulation application
The new 2312 motor adopts a pioneering stator winding structure, which not only makes it tidy and neat, but also increases slot wire embedding degree and offers improved heat dissipation. With its impact-resistant bearings, the system is more durable than ever before. The electromagnetic design, tailored for the DJI Phantom, has effectively improved the output power, and when used with the new 9450 propellers and new ESC (electronic speed controller), your whole propulsion system can provide 200g/axis more maximum output thrust when using a 3S LiPo battery. Additionally, this new propulsion system allows you to load more equipment on your Phantom without sacrificing flight time, offering you a better flight experience.
New Features:
1. The double layer, single wire stator technology increases slot wire embedding degree and improves heat dissipation. Also, the single wire stator design improves motor efficiency and its ability to withstand a larger current, ensuring consistency in the motor’s performance.
2. The new bearings, with a higher durability and ability to withstand greater impacts, are used to avoid damage in the event of an accident, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
3. New insulation coating powder is used to improve the stator voltage capacity, ensuring the working life and stability of the motor.
4. The electromagnetic design and lightweight structure, customized for the DJI Phantom, has increased maximum output power by nearly 25% without adding extra weight.
5. The new propeller adopts a 4.5 inch pitch, which when used with the 2312 motor can provide an extra 200g/axis of output thrust, giving you both power and flexibility. Furthermore, your Phantom’s flight time is not reduced, because of the increased aerodynamic performance and motor efficiency.

The Spirit of Flight
The Phantom 2 is an evolution of the Phantom. It features the same compact and highly integrated design, but comes with FPV flying and Aerial Photography support right out of the box. Hardware mountings and software tuning are all carried out prior to delivery, meaning with rotors attached, a charged battery and transmitter batteries available it can fly immediately. Additional features include a higher payload, a built-in intelligent battery, H3-2D gimbal support and other functions.

Auto Return-to-Home & Landing
If the Phantom 2 and its controller disconnect during flight for any reason, the Naza-M autopilot system’s failsafe protection will come to the rescue. Outputs of all command sticks on the controller will go to the center position and if the signal is good enough the Phantom 2 will return to home and land automatically. You can also program a One Key Go Home function through the Assistant software.
Intelligent Orientation Control (IOC)
In traditional multirotor flight, forward is tied to the direction of the nose. Using IOC, it flight is much simpler. In Course Lock mode, forward direction is will always be the direction the nose faced at takeoff, while in Home Lock mode forward takes the Phantom 2 back to where it took off. Users can adjust these settings as they please.
Advanced Power Management Power consumption has been improved by a custom power management system that monitors power capacity and voltage. Low power is indicated by the LED. If power drops below safe levels, the Phantom 2 will land automatically during low battery level.
Easy Battery Replacement Integrated battery compartment allows for near instant battery changes. Self-tightening Propeller Install propellers without worry using self-tightening propellers that only install in the right place. These will also tighten during flight, enhancing safety. All propellers have been carefully and dynamically balanced to eliminate the jello effect.
