Briefly Introduce

FY-602, the Low power wireless module, is used as the wireless data transmission in short distance.

With the small size, weight and power consumption and good stability and reliability, it has the function of bi-directional data sign transmission, test and control.

It is used for Wireless meter reading, such as water meter, electric meter and gas meter, parking meter, intellective card, electronic weighing apparatus, meter for checking on work attendance, queue wireless meter, building control, shipping company control, alarm system, intelligent equipment, Automatic data collecting system; Industrial remote control and remote test building automation, safety and security, powerhouse equipment wireless monitor, entrance control system, etc. It provide the USB power interface to be convenient for the mini computer and PC users if necessary.

    The standard FY-602 configuration provides 16 channels. to meet the multiple communication combination mode of the users. It has baud rate to be chosen such as 1200bps、2400bps、4800bps、9600bps、19200bps、38400bps. The wireless transmission rate is direct ratio with baud rate of interface to meet user’s equipment requirement. 

9. High speed wireless communication and Large data buffer

    When the speed rate in the air is quicker than interface’s, allowing to transmit unlimited length data at one time, when the speed rate is slower or equal the interface’s, allowing the transmission of 255 Bytes long data frames at one time for more flexible programming by users.

10. Intelligent data control and the user doesn’t need to prepare excessive programs

    Even for semi duplex communication, the user doesn’t need to prepare excessive programs, only receiving/transmitting the data from the interface. FY-602 will automatically complete the other operations, such as transmission/receiving conversion in the air, control, etc.

11. High reliability, small and light

    Single chip radio- frequency integrated circuit and single chip MCU are used for lessened peripheral circuits, high reliability, and low failure rate.

When the RF baud rate is bigger than the COM baud rate, it can transmit unlimited data at one time, and when the RF baud rate is smaller than or was equal to the COM baud rate, may transmit 512 bytes data.

13. Intelligent data control and the user doesn’t need to prepare excessive programs

Even it’s half duplex, the user doesn’t need to prepare excessive programs, only receiving/transmitting the data from the interface. FY-605 will automatically complete the other operations, such as transmission/receiving conversion in the air, control, etc.

14. High reliability, small and light

Introduction

FY-G3 Ultra 3 Axis Brushless Gimbal ( For Aircraft ) suitable for GoPro3,GoPro3+ or camera with similar size.Can be easily mounted in fixed wing, multirotor, helicopter for aerial photography, and can work independently only need power supply.

You can assemble the gimbal properly according to the drawing, and then install the video camera on it. The camera mount currently is only suitable for GOPRO3, for other kinds of cameras, you can design the mount by yourself or concern Feiyu Technology,and we will release more camera mount accessories in the near future.

There is no need to set up and adjust the parameter. For the first use, power on the Gimbal, and then keep it static for a while, after its reset, the gimbal will be in a level position automatically. Then you can use it normally.

Initialize The FY-G3Ultra Gimbal

FY-G3 Ultra Gimbal needs to be initialized when the following situation appears:

1.  After power on, the angle of pitch has a little angle difference with the horizon line.

2.  After power on, the angle of roll has a little angle difference with the horizon line.

3.  When the heading is in the till condition, the angle of heading amends frequently in a small angle .

OSD is an essential part for FPV. The FY-41AP can adapt both PAL and NTSC video signals. The entire adaptive process is completed approximately within 1 second.

        Integrated OSD Video Overlay System, FY-41AP overlays flight telemetry information onto video image. Information displayed includes: Altitude, Speed, Direction, Home Direction and many more.

GCS V4.1 ground station software

GCS ground station software, used to set the flight parameters, mission planning, monitoring in flight. Software integration of electronic map function can through the map software () the Google earth live map out into the GCS software. The main function is

    •Parameter Settings—Control parameters setting, course setting, etc
    •Real time monitoring—It can monitor flight attitude. And via the GCS software you can change the flight altitude in real time and realize the mouse click flight.
    •Record and monitoring flight—You can monitor and download flight path via the GCS software in your computer.


FY-41AP Single Module Function

●Activated Mode - In this mode, the FY-41AP auto stabilization is turned off. The aircraft is completely under pilot control.

●Stabilized Mode - level flight is automatically maintained, making flight simple, especially for beginners. If a pilot feels the plane is out of control, simply reduce input control and the plane will automatically recover level flight.

● 3D Mode – if no input is given by the pilot (all sticks in the middle position), 3D mode will lock the current aircraft attitude. Therefore the aircraft can be easily maneuvered to complete a variety of 3D flight with added stability & smoothness.

● Fixed altitude & Heading lock Mode – this mode maintains aircraft flight course

& holds the altitude on activation. By using GPS data, the system automatically corrects flight course deviation & maintains straight-line flight.

● Auto Circling Mode –On activation, the plane will maintain altitude and flight speed, while initiating a counterclockwise circle, but this is not hovering around a fixed point, is likely to be blown away from the original place of circle.

●Fixed altitude & Heading lock Mode – this mode maintains aircraft flight course

& holds the altitude on activation. By using GPS data, the system automatically corrects flight course deviation & maintains straight-line flight.

● Waypoint Navigation Flight Mode - enable you to fly fully autonomous, with up to 20 waypoint settings via the FY Ground Control Station (GCS) software.

●Auto Return To Launch Mode (RTL) – Upon activation of this Mode, the aircraft will automatically return to the Home point, maintaining is current altitude. Upon reaching the Home point, it will initiate auto circling.

● Auto Circling Mode –On activation, the plane will maintain altitude and flight speed, while initiating a counterclockwise circle. The centre of the circle is the point of activation at a default radius of 80 meters (can be changed via FY GCS).

● GCS software – By using a field computer and connecting the FY41AP to an FY Data Radio via the UART port, you can set the FY41AP flight parameters, monitor the flight progress & record / reply the flight via the FYGCS software. For more information, please refer to the FY Data Radio manual.

FY-G4 Gimbal Remote Control

FY-G4 3-axis handheld gimbal offers the interfaces for power supply and video output to realize gimbal supplying the power to Gopro directly. The gopro can still work though without the inside battery as the gimbal can supply the power to it directly.

Function Instruction

● Heading Following Mode —— Pitch and roll locking, heading smooth rotation follow the direction of the handheld.

● Heading And Pitch Following Mode —— Roll locking ,heading and pitch smooth rotation follow the direction of the handheld.

● Locking Mode —— Heading ,pitch and roll locking.

● Special Working Condition (Inversion Mode) —— When in any working mode, press the function button for three times in succession, the Gimbal enter into the inversion mode and switch to the Heading following mode automatically. Invert the Gimbal to capture more excited scenes easily by switching mode combination. When in inversion working condition press the function button for three times in succession to reset the Gimbal back to the original state.

Operation Skill

Smooth And Steady Filming: Handheld the Gimbal, keep stable for movement, keep light and steady for walking.

How To Adjust The Pitching Angle: Double press the function button to enter into “Heading And Pitch Follow ”mode. Hold the Gimbal at the desired angle, then press the button once to reengage “Heading Follow ” Mode in order to lock the angle of desired pitch.

Selfie: Turn the Gimbal 180° so the function interface is facing you. Then, simply adjust the angle of pitch to the desired angle by utilizing the “Heading and Pitch Follow” Mode which described above and then switch back to “Heading Follow” Mode. Once complete you can film yourself with ease.

Flexible Use Of Inversion Mode: Press the function button for three times in succession, the Gimbal switch to the inversion mode and help to captured low angle view more easily.If filming with moving forward at a high speed, keep the handle roughly parallel with the ground will be helpful.

Initialization Instructions

1. Install the camera properly.

2. Gimbal placed on stationary flat and keep motionless.

3. Power on the Gimbal.

4. The Gimbal is activate and it will initialize automatically. Pick up the Gimbal to work normally.

1. After power on, the angle of pitch is not level with the horizon line.

2. After power on, the angle of roll is not parallel with the horizon line.

3. When the gimbal is in heading lock, the angle of heading moves frequently (heading is not stationary)
