Charge-discharge station with battery management for 3 times 1...14 cell NC/NiMH rechargeable batteries, 3 times 1...6 cell LiIo, LiPo or LiFe rechargeable batteries, as well as 3 times 2...12V lead-acid rechargeable batteries. With 3 integrated equalisers and 3 BID-systems. This 3-way universal charge-discharge station is a compact high-performance unit for those who wish to simultaneously charge many rechargeable batteries from a 12 V DC-source while on the move. Through wide current range of 0.1 to 5 A, it is suitable for both for small Slow flyer, transmitter and receiver batteries, and for large driving or aircraft batteries Each charging branch has an equalizer and BID-connection. Simultaneous charging for 3 batteries charging independent of one another. Simultaneously charging one battery type (3x LiPo) and different battery types (NC, NiMH and LiPo) is possible independent from one another. By connecting to the Robbe SPS-switched-mode power supply 240V/40 A No. 8539, the charging station can also be operated while stationary, at home on the network. The control and display of the charging parameters is done via a common CAP-Touch keypad and a backlit LC-display, which switches on to the respective output. The menu navigation can be switched to German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. During the charging process, the built in equaliser brings the single lithium cells at same voltage level automatically. The equaliser current is approx. 250mA and is also sufficient for batteries with a capacitance larger than 5Ah. Safe and easy use, as well as automatic storage of the most important data, in the Robbe BID-system (battery identification system).
